Responsibilities

In the role of Inspection Officer, you will work with apartment inspections in connection with move-ins and move-outs, conduct viewings of apartments, and hold move-in and move-out conversations. The role also includes changing cylinders and locks on doors, handing out keys, and producing key tags for allocation. You will handle administrative tasks, order maintenance measures in apartments when necessary, and inform tenants about Botkyrkabyggen's options. Changing names on doors and notice boards as well as invoice management are also part of the role.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in property management, community building, or equivalent, as well as experience in the real estate industry. We prefer that you have several years of work experience in inspections and investigations related to properties. You have good knowledge of the property system Vitec and Aptus for managing key tags. It is advantageous if you have good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and experience working as a project manager. A B driver's license is required. To succeed in the role, you are meticulous, structured, and stress-resistant, and have good communication and collaboration skills. You work independently and with quality awareness, thereby contributing to the development of the business.
